Best rates in town. Very respectful owner, who has gone out of his way to accommodate me. It's clean and the laundry is free, imagine that. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a rested night's sleep, it's quite and peaceful. There's only one problem, there's never any vacancy's. Well, every once in a while.

This place is great. Most importantly, it’s Clean. Price is reasonable. Ours had a kitchenette. Great location for anything in the valley. Trax nearby. I like the old school vibe.
It’s the Hidden gem of Salt Lake City in my opinion. When comparing to other cheaper motels they are not even in the same league, Temple City is respectively in a league of its own based on what I have seen... They keep the rooms upkept and clean. If something breaks I have seen the owner himself show up to repair or replace anything that is needed in a quick and timely manner! The grounds worker is also there on site to assist in anything needed. The prices remind me of pre-Covid… Hands down the best motel on state or SLC. Everything is close and accessible. This place deserves better reviews from better people!
I have only been here a month but I am over it. The managers are good people, they don't take any B's. That's good because it keeps out the rif-raf! The rooms are clean the neighbors are nice and there's no drama. I like it here
